Question: I have a simple question. Can I use the graphics for my clients websites. In other words, if I create a website for a client, can I use the graphics on their site?
Answer: Yes – Our purpose is to be a resource of graphics and related products for Web Design and Product Design needs exclusively for our Clients or for our Clients Direct Client(s).
Purchaser/Our Client are NOT authorized to allow their clients access to our products nor to sell singly or packaged graphics or products acquired from our websites to anyone UNLESS specifically stated in a separate license which will be contained within a specific package zip file, product zip file, or graphic zip file when acquired from one of our Web Sites.
Last but not least – contrary to the last clause of the below TOS – Termination Section – web sites and products created by the member using resources from the Java Script Software Downloads web sites and/or membership site without breaking the plain language rules above – remain the sole property of the member and/or creator whom may dispose of them as they wish even if they terminate membership.
The Person whom wants to produce/design web sites/products for themselves and/or for clients will find our web sites and/or membership site an exceptional resource and value for all their designing needs.

Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
Termination
These Terms of Use/Service agreement are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all Java Script Software Downloads site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice at Java Script Software Downloads sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement.
